Small workout today filled with high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, minute and minute-and-a-half wall sits, bicep curls, chest presses, and skipping. Not totally the best workout, but considering I’m running tomorrow, I thought I should conserve some energy.
122.6 and still attempting to make that number healthier!

11/25/11: oatmeal, made with skim milk, + bananas + blueberries + a glass of water + (not seen) calcium supplement.
I’m back! When school started, I was too wrapped up with this blog. I felt an obsession coming on. So I stopped. But now, I want to focus. I’ve maintained my weight, just haven’t lost any. So here I start again— at 122.6, I will win.
